Program Management: Innovation Challenge
Conceptualized and executed an enterprise-level innovation challenge that involved 45+ teams across four competitive brackets. Developed multiple rounds including innovation workshops with coaches, reviews with senior business leaders, pitch competitions, final presentations, and a championship showcase with executive leaders.
To accelerate the innovation process and allow innate abilities to shine, teams were not given a specific prompt to solve for or respond to in their proposals. Instead, they were tasked with identifying business opportunities as a team and working through a decision-making framework.
Innovation Workshops were designed as hubs of creativity, with teams receiving direct access to coaches in-room or virtually as ideas were developed. Through multiple rounds of competition, teams had the opportunity to share findings and proposals with corporate leadership.
