• Leadership: Led early career programs and experience team successfully executing 300+ university recruiting events annually, including partnerships with national DEI organizations and enterprise-wide internship program activities.

• Program Management: Spearheaded the creation and implementation of a new enterprise framework and innovation challenge for the 12-week Koch Internship Program in the summer of 2022 involving 440+ interns in 72 U.S. locations across 10+ companies and business units. Achieved an 11% increase in conversions from the previous year's program.

• Technology & Employee Experience: Implemented onboarding tech platform Abode for 800+ early career hires and program participants. Developed personalized preboarding pathways by region and collaborated with finance capability on economic analysis and presentation to tech governance leaders.


• Learning & Development: Developed a comprehensive curriculum for supervisor learning experiences using Articulate 360, Degreed, Canva, and Microsoft Office Suite. Conducted live training sessions and leveraged TailoredMail to design and distribute email newsletters to 700+ supervisors and internal stakeholders.

• Recruiting: Campus Lead, Oklahoma State University | Led ambassador team of six discipline leads and 10+ team members to execute campus recruiting initiatives. Successfully organized and participated in 15+ campus engagements during the 2021-2022 academic year. Recruited and hired 47 top-tier candidates for the company in the 2022 recruiting cycle.

• Employer Branding: Collaborated with global marketing leads and support teams in Bengaluru, India, and the broader Asia-Pacific region to develop and execute recruitment marketing strategies including the implementation of LinkedIn user guides for global talent organization, employee storytelling initiatives, and new hire social media digital toolkits.


• Recruitment Marketing Research: Conducted comprehensive competitive analysis of Bengaluru, India, to identify key message pillars and strengthen employer brand position. Organized and facilitated focus groups with over 15 senior leaders and team members to gain insights into the employee experience.

• Digital Design & Creative: Worked with UX, Copywriters, and Communication Marketing teams to develop a new culture and employee experience page on the corporate career site.

 

Early Career Program Lead | Koch Industries; July 2019 - February 2021

• Change Management: Initiated the development of the Early Career Connection Network aligning employee ambassador program efforts across the enterprise for university recruiting strategies.

• Sourcing: Designed and executed a highly successful virtual summit aimed at attracting IT and Data Science candidates from eight leading universities. Enrolled 156 individuals in the early career talent network resulting in new hires.
